JOSÉ ALBERTO MOLINA

José Alberto has been acting as attorney specialized in labour law since 1995. After taking a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he got a master in Business and Labour Comparative Law by the University of Tillburg. Morover he has attended PhD studies at CEU San Pablo University.

He worked for Espinosa&Caminer law firm until 1995, from then on started to work as autonomous attorney in Labour issues, combining his duties with those as Labour Law and Social Security regulations Consultant for SAGAS Asesores, a managers training consultancy.

with specialization in business law and with a growing dedication to the advice of the pharmaceutical industry.

He joined our Firm in December 2011 as director of Labour Law Department. In 2017 he created the Pharmaceutical Administrative Law Area, with special dedication to certain regulated sectors, assisting his clients in a wide variety of areas, both in regulatory, compliance or purely business and corporate aspects.
